Nick's podcast episodes are generally too long in my opinion. They should be kept under 2 hours, with an optimal length closer to about 1 1/2 hours.

Ngamer knows how to keep the length of his episodes to a manageable level. The longest episode he ever produced for The Show clocked in at 2:10:41.
