I say Confirm on both accounts. I found Ico to be at least as scary as RE4 if not more so.

Yeah, games aren't as scary when you watch someone else play them.

I've played through both myself, Leonhart. Although yeah my last experience with RE4 was watching an LP of it.

Also I've been seriously discussing this topic's subject with someone on YouTube.

Yeah, but is Resident Evil 4 a better Resident Evil 2 than Resident Evil 1? Wrong. Resident Evil 2 did not get a release on the Gamecube, similar to the Metroid series. Ico spelled backwards is the key to this riddle.
