from a quick glance...

seems like, generally (but not every case), downloadables are going from 10 to 5, 3DS retail is going from 30 to 40, Wii retail going from 50 to 20/30, DS.... from 30, lots are going down to 20 but some go up to 40

Starting on 7/1, the Coin values for completing registration surveys for Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DS XL will change. Nintendo DS Lite will continue to be eligible for warranty extension only.

This is mostly bad news, from the looks of it; but I do like the idea of each title having its own coin value. That could be a neat way to promote lesser-known/indie titles: maybe have a promotion where, say, Pushmo gets you 20 coins.
