This is what's really important. Even it's waaaaaaaaaaay too late, it's a sign to everyone that they are willing to do stuff like this now, which should definitely increase demand for their future VC collection.
We still need a modern online CTR though.

But what does Nintendo do for people who bought these games on VC years ago? Actually, what does Nintendo do for any VC consumer? Wii doesn't have a universal account system that would allow you to simply import your collection to the next console. Have they addressed this?

Your DSiWare licenses were transferrable to the 3DS, so I imagine Nintendo's gonna have something to transfer Wii stuff over to Wii U.

SSF2 eh. It's either the worst or second worst version of SF2. Call me when Turbo or ST has online! except they already do, and no one plays HDR in remix or classic mode anymore.

This Gen 6 VC talk got me wondering about SoulCalibur II
Virtual Console and PS2 Classics should totally get their respective versions... but I guess Xbox wouldn't be able to get the game again with Spawn... lame because I wish I could play that >_>
Can't wait til Gen 8's Soul Calibur though, being able to be on all 3 game consoles, maybe get awesome guest characters again! Not sure if I'd want a Link repeat or a new Ninty rep. Though if SC2 gets on the VC then new rep definitely.
