That's Vanitas. The idea to make Vanitas look like a evil Sora stemmed from Sora's VA wanting to portray an evil character for once or something.

IIRC, she had a single line in the ending that was voiced.

Well Axel isn't Axel anymore.

He's back to being Lea. Nobodies return to their original selves if their heartless is destroyed followed by their nobody. They pretty much went out of their way to find some kind of plot device so the Axel fans will be happy. Funny since he was intended to be a temporary character in Kh2. That battle with Roxas was meant to be his death but they managed to squeeze him in more due to his unexpected popularity in CoM.

Or something to that effect.

I'm most excited for this game because it looks like it will actually progress the story.

Spoilers I guess?


From what I know, after the Heartless and Nobody are "killed", the original person comes back. Isn't that right? So Xehanort returning is obvious. So we saw Axel and some other Org members, I wonder if their human forms are the same as their Nobody selves or something else maybe going on. I'm also unsure of why Vanitas is back because of whatever reasons.
