I can't really describe it, it's just... that kind of hat that doesn't protect your eyes from the sun, that I've only ever seen college girls wear? I would draw a picture, but I would have to boot up my scanner and that's a huge pain in the ass.

This is called a newsboy cap where I live, lol. And that was my first guess as to what you were talking about, but I only just saw this topic. I wear these all the time! XD

My second guess would have been Genki hat even though I rarely see college girls wearing them outside anime cons
