Ren's Beauty Pack/A lot of body replacers.

Most mods are aimed at female characters (for obvious reasons). There are also a few face templates that you can put into your override folder if you're too hurried to spend hours perfecting your character.

Just be warned that a lot of body replacers are not compatible. The most popular one I believe is Natural Bodies All in one.

The only races that weren't ugly were these vampire races I added, and I couldn't start the main quest because the other prisoner wouldn't talk to me.

Hm, I have Ren's Beauty Pack and the characters looked the same. At least the faces did.

Are you using the mystic elf race? Because that's basically the mod.
