That and House has made it very clear his disdain for most people in Vegas this notion that he is some benevolent guy is ridiculous. I could imagine him being happy if certain elements were cleared out or if he had full power later using the NCR to clear out unsavory elements he would rather have removed. Sure if you are of good breeding and well off in Vegas you likely will appreciate having House in charge, but you can already see many people upset with House in nearby areas and this is before he gets his grubby hands on that coveted platinum chip. The old notion power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely has credence here, with the platinum chip and his huge array of bots he would easily become the most powerful man in all of Vegas and arguably the most powerful in the USA. 4-5 years of that I could imagine him being about 10-20 times worse as he is now. --- Getting too damn old for this crap! <cite>Monopoman posted [p:980165367] in Mr House>I... Yes Man says he'll become more assertive in the independent ending, so presumably he'll overthrow you at some point. NCR is basically sticking with the boring status quo.
