A person who cannot properly control and handle their animals shouldnt be anywhere a government position where they oversee the public. Why didnt she just butcher the goat and have it for dinner instead of throwing it in a pit? While dog may be a bit taboo in the USA, theres plenty of people whod cook some damn fine goat ... I don't believe he cares about the victims of said campaign, but even he knows it's a bad look to the voters he's trying to court. It will be the same here.
