I do think Trump is the current favorite in the electoral swing states. Because the trials and everything else surrounding Trump ends up being just noise compared to the price of gas and groceries to enough people that matter.

I highly disagree. Trump has a lot going against him especially with women voters who are rightfully concerned about their reproductive freedoms being taken away from them.

Yes because Internet darling Bernie never became President, much less the nominee lol. Get out of the bubble and see that nobody in the swing states goes online.

those same women heard "grab 'em by the pussy" and were not deterred. i dont have any faith in them turning on God King Messiah because of that.

I guess they believe Hillary won.

I don't know what the polls say because I don't pay attention. I only hear occasional topics about polls on CE.

But I do know how the election will end. This one is already over and decided. Biden wins by an even bigger margin than previously. Unless that guy dies before November this one is in the bag.

I don't know why people keep saying this. The difference here is now the swing voters have seen 4 years of both. It's not the shoo in you think it is.

I honestly don't think the polls the news keeps touting are accurate, it just doesn't line up logically

Trump has NO ground game in any of the swing states no offices, no people knocking on doors, nothing.
he's not building his base, he's actively pushing away people who do not kiss his ass such as Niki Haley voters which is why the Biden Campaign is trying desperately to bring those people to his side because democracy, it's working on some of them but others are so deep in the cult that despite reason and logic they're wrestling with themselves to either support Trump again or just not vote at all

Instead of trying to appeal normal, sane or logical his most recent rally effectively had him promising Police across the country that they'll be granted full immunity no matter how many people they assault, kill and murder unjustifiably because they need that immunity to do their jobs like him, even the biggest moderate independent voter doesn't want the cops to have complete immunity from consequences of their clearly illegal abuse of powers, at least not the ones who think that as long as they don't do anything bad they have nothing to fear from cops who can kill you and not face even a scolding.

He's not winning with women as he constantly brags about the abortion ban and wanting to go even harder on it like going after IVF and Birth Control, despite the name, Birth control pills functions aren't limited to to just "I can fuck now without having to worry about a baby" they help with a ton of women's health issues.

His criminality went from plausible deniability to obvious guilt and demands that he should be allowed to do it anyway because he was president and even he knows if he gets a single criminal conviction that's the end of his ambitions as enough republicans have made it clear if he gets that they straight up aren't supporting him.

I admit this all heavily severely relies on conservative supporters who aren't Trumpers actually holding true to the ideals and standards they keep telling us they have and not as soon as they're in that booth vote for trump and Republicans down the ballot then trying to justify it to themselves or others later.

I just cannot see at this moment, Trump winning back the white house legitimately , I can however see enough Republican tomfoolery to call the election into question and pivot to the corrupt and obviously in the tank for Conservative rule to throw the Presidency to him if they get the chance to choose and if that happens, I truly will lose hope for the country being anything in the future but a white christian nationalist etho state where minorities and women have no rights and poor whites are worse off than ever before but are too blind to notice it because as long as they're above the those they deem lesser than them then they're living their best life.

I don't know what to believe anymore, apart from that Republicans are just going to get worse and worse over time until everyone they hate have all been sent through the gas chambers and their remains reduced to mere ash in the furnaces, and that the Democrats can't seem to stop them.

The polls are imperfect, but a better tool for measuring public opinion than anything else we have available to us.

It would be the funniest thing if Biden won Florida because of the abortion and weed referendums and the whole thing is over before midnight.

As all possible scenarios have been said by polls (barring one of them just dying I guess... none of them have predicted that) it's impossible to not agree with at least one poll.

I believe that the media which typically serves as a middleman between us and the polls has learned how lucrative it is to keep things at a neck-and-neck horse race for as long as possible, and are influencing things accordingly.

Given that Biden and Trump were the last two people to have served as presidents, what makes you think the polls are wildly off?

I assume almost all voters will compare Biden & Trump based on the issues they care about.
