Italy would probably be my top choice even though I dont know the language. Australia would be an easy transition with language but it can be a bit warm for my tastes on temperature. A not so common answer you probably wouldnt expect to see is Bulgaria. I was so impressed when we went there. Very nice, very clean, just a wonderful place.
