Depends. The last season is trash. Watch it if you liked the books though. Don't if you ever want closure.

I'd say it's still worth a watch. The last season was terrible, but most of the rest of the show was great.

If you read the books, it's worth it to see what they did with it IMO. It does dip in quality after S4. You definitely don't have to watch all of it.
