It did have the honouring the trilogy narrative but on the other hand you cant say it didnt deserve all those wins also, even song! Of the three I think the weakest claim is Titanic because Ben-Hur did it first and RotK did the sweep, while Titanic had three losses including a big one in Actress. It is the highest grossing best picture winner though. Ben-Hur and Titanic are my #5 and #6 respectively. --- I just decided to change this sig.
