I dunno, do girls in Texas say "Yeehaw!" and "Hey, Sugar!"

Some do. Most do not.

Kyaaa is pretty normal tho? Just like you hear an "eeeeek" from a girl. Still an exaggerated cute girl thing, but it do happens.

I assume the "uwaaah" is the expression when they underwhelmed or disappointed? I think it's just anime thing.

I've watched enough game shows to know that it's actually real.

In Japanese media, where the girl is trying to be "kawaii", yeah. In terms of normal conversation, it depends on the personality but from hearing my cousin who lives in Japan...nope.

Kinda curious about this myself. In my mind it sounds like "kee-ya" and "oo-wa" but that's just a guess.

It's just "Aaaaah!" but with a small, almost silent "ki" at the start.
And uwaaa is just "ugh", but didnt end with "gh" but "waaa"

I remember buying some Gungrave doujinshi at Comiket and when I was telling the artist it looked so good and I was really impressed by it being a hardcover book she kept denying it and saying things like that. Although it's literally at a convention; I bet you find girls saying that at conventions everywhere, lol.

Ah, thanks! I suspected it doesn't sound too different from similar expressions in western countries, but I wasn't quite sure as I don't remember ever actually hearing it said out loud, at least not in a natural unforced way.

Heh, nice. I get the feeling I won't be able to unhear that, and think of it every time I encounter such words in the future. OOWAAAH!

I don't know about those exact sounds, but if you surprise a girl with ice on her neck, she will make a fine approximation.

They're just regular exclamations in Japanese, basically the equivalents of "aah!"/"eek!" and "whoa!"/"wow!" respectively. So yes (although the delivery in anime is often exaggerated for comedic and/or cutesy effect).
