If Elon will be the d bag to sue this another d bag to slow down the ai takeover for even a few months I say go for it. But the fact that Elon is filing the lawsuit makes me think there is zero merit to it.

They introduce variation and their own style and touch. A.I. doesn't do this. It can literally spit out millions of exact to near replica in a fraction of a second.

re-read and try to grasp it. the point is humans produce variations and a.i. doesn't. a.i. cannot make novel styles as their only output is a hodgepodge of what the algorithm spits out. humans do this through their own imperfections.

Those you claim are exact replicas are still not exact replicas and they took extreme amount of talent and work to produce, more than it takes to make a novel painting.

A.I. just smashes a bunch of pictures together to create a new one. Humans make a new picture by envisioning something in their head but it not coming out like what the envisioned because it takes work and humans are imperfect and during the process things happen and change including their minds. A.I. does none of this.
