By their very nature they are threats. How are the same people who have bleedings heart for these "people" the same people who want gun control. Well let me tell you flower child. There is a guy who can level a city if his glasses fall off. How about controlling that. There is a woman who can get inside your mind and control you. There are even reports that sometimes she can light herself on fire and kill everyone around her, than there is this psychopath who dates a Robot. And her power is basically doing what ever the hell she wants with reality. We need to keep track of these people not just for our shakes but for them as well.
