i use an electric brush and i've never seen brush heads with tongue scrapers. i just have a regular toothbrush i use for my tongue.

If you buy the 5 dollar ones instead of the 3 dollar ones, yes.

Not the cheapest tier or two. Unless you're buying your toothbrushes at Wawa or something. Any pharmacy or mid size retail store has a bunch of cheap ones.
