One report or two states the original plan was Reigns vs Orton at the Rumble, but they changed it to a 4-way so that Orton doesn't eat the pin.

Punk and Mitchell tied at 27% when the poll closed. Could possibly have a finish closer than 2019 when Rollins/Fiend beat the Lana/Lashley angle by 9 votes.

In the US. Outside the US, apparently ALL of WWE content will be on Netflix, including the PLEs. I guess this means, in the US, that the PLEs stay on Peacock?

I don't think they can get out of the Peacock/USA deals in the US for PLEs and Smackdown/NXT.

don't see how this even begins to make financial sense for netflix unless they're trying to flex their live sports infrastructure

it is an absolutely mind boggling amount of money for a niche product

They are counting on that very dedicated fan base to be locked into a subscription for the next 5 years. Many of them may even be getting new subscriptions.

We will see if it works out for them.
