Id say 70.

All comes down to a mixture of lifestyle and luck. Im 35 and my health has been trashgarbage for at least half a decade.

Everyone is different. But my body suddenly started rapidly deteriorating in my mid or late 30s I think. I'm 42 now. I feel like shit

I am not sure we were originally meant to live this long. We are supposed to die by 30 probably. But we found a way to break nature and live longer. But it's a flawed later years

Well, I turned 32 this year and have gotten sick far more this year than I have in most previous years. Mind you, that could also be due to work stress and/or more stuff going around following us opening back up post-covid (although we've been domestically open for a long time, it's barely over a year since we opened up to the rest of the world again).

I want to say 30 but causes it's nice and round but in reality it's 28, think about it, think of every 28 year old every known, the moment they turned 28 you considered them to be old.

33 and still going strong. But I don't smoke or do drugs, only drink when my Italian inlaws strongly insist, and maintain a regular exercise schedule.

I could probably stand to layoff the red bulls, that'll end up coming back to bite me prob

Heh, I drink a bottle of gin or sometimes vodka a night. Some of us just need it to tolerate life.

This. Not a single ache anywhere in my body. I do live a pretty healthy lifestyle, though. But I kind of didn't give a shit from 23 to 31, and it didn't seem to damage me any.

Im 30 and my body feels better than it has since I was a pre-teen. I literally dont understand it.

about to be 35 and so far the only really major problem is that I had 3 of my teeth pulled this year and am currently trying to save up for replacement implants but it's not going well because of all the other things I have to buy. I make less than 1000 dollars every 2 weeks to give you an idea of how bad I'm doing.

Hard to say. Im 36 and do have some aches and pains but theyre all from prior injuries.
