Depends on how likeable the person that is getting fired is.

Seem managers, supervisors and bosses feeling down after letting someone go.

Now some others I'm surprised they didn't have the FBI come in and lead them out he door.

In the US, if someone quits, they generally are ineligible for unemployment benefits as it was voluntary instead of not-at-fault termination.
