This is the kind of debate topic I enjoy. It's also so contentious. Neither side can empathize with the other.

I prefer boneless just because it's easier to eat, but I will concede it's a different beast.

I can because I just fucking love food so much lol I like both for different reasons, like you said boness are easier to eat but I think bone-in tastes better because the meat is in its natural form. I also like the skin... and I guess because it's dark meat it tastes different too, but I like white meat for other reasons. For one, boneless wings tend to be meatier because it's a big chunk of meat. Unless you get shitty ones that are like all breading. But there can be shitty bone-in wings too, like tiny dry ones. But there are also big plump ones... In my experience, places tend to use different sauces for the bone-in wings than their boneless. No idea why though, but usually the bone-in gets the better sauce and boneless just gets some basic Frank's Red Hot or something. It goes back and forth for me but, gun to my head (lol) I'd choose bone-in always.

If you bite into a bone when you're eating a chicken wing you're probably either 4 years old or have never seen a chicken before. Like how does that happen? You'd have to intentionally ignore the very obvious structure of the chicken part you're eating.

I like them because I like the skin and meat. Most chicken nuggets are covered with breading.

If you want to eat boneless wings, fine. But they shouldn't be marketed as such since they are not deboned wings and are breast meat or nugget slop.
