Boneless wings are basically nuggets. The meat was def better on actual wings. I preferred drums to flats when I ate wings, though I dont know if Id feel the same now. As a vegetarian, I feel cauliflower wings need breading or something to get crispy on the outside. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I just call those chicken chunks.
