In the end though, its all good, cause if we are being truly honest with ourselves, wings of any sort are really just vehicles for sauce. Slather it all in buffalo and stuff it into my face hole. Hell I ain't picky, you prep it right (freeze, thaw, fry, sauce) tofu right and I'll eat that too. Ain't too picky about the small things.

Why would I want reconstituted chicken lumped together to make the shape of a wing? Even actual chicken nuggets are better because at least then it can be one piece of meat instead of gross filler glued together.

As much as I absolutely hate to have something on my hands, sometimes I'm just really in the mood to rip through some bone-in chicken wings. I'll go to a sports bar and just smash an 18 pop.

But usually I'm in the keep it clean and simple category so I'll snap up some boneless.

I like parts of the wings but I cant eat all of it. I tried many times but any kind of fatty meat just makes me sick to just think about. Many meats I cant eat because of that. Had the same with tomatoes as a kid but I powered through for a week to make it go away, but the mouthfeel of fat and those slippery slimy globules makes me hurl from the thought alone.
