NFUN (1) - Snom is the man. I have no idea how and I have no idea why. He just rocks. There must be some primal, atavistic instinct Snom taps into to explain his sudden, overwhelming popularity, some cipher hidden in his innocent eyes or icy spikes that calls to something fundamental in the human psyche. Bane_Of_Despair (9) - A goofy gooey goober! Cute idea and design, love the little apple helm he has covering his eyes and the ears sticking out, he gives me big Eeyore energy which I love. And continuing the series of "Wow this is a Dragon type???" which I lowkey kinda love like with the Goomy line.
Luster Soldier (10) - I cant believe we actually got a Pokemon that somewhat resembles an apple pie. I love this thing because it looks so derpy.

Cute Pokemon are a hit or miss. So is meme Pokemon. Snom manages to not cross those lines into dislike territory, but there's probably an alternate dimension where I placed it in like 80th place because I was too stubborn to cut back on Twitter.

Appletun is cute! The floppy eyes aren't my favourite, but it doesn't detract from the design too much for me. Idk why I don't like dragon type Pokemon more when I'm really into the vibe of "let's just turn whatever the fuck we want into a dragon!"

Pleased to see my bottom rankings go out first, though as I just said I still like these Pokemon.

Dreepy just kinda exists for me. Worst member of its line.

And also if you like Dreepy, then hooray, it's also in the rest of its line!

Nobody has Dreepy at 1 or 2 yet it sailed into the top 8. Dragapult has 100% demolished these rankings.

Yeah, my biggest issue with Dreepy is the rarity. It only shows up in one location, and even that is via shaking grass with intense rarity. Meanwhile, by the time you have access to that location, you're super high level, and you can find wild Drakloak. I'm always annoyed when you have a Pokemon where its evolved form is more readily-available than the unevolved form, because I like being able to raise my Pokemon up from its lowest, to its highest.

Half of the reason why I ranked it so low is because it's so annoyingly common. It's not even that rare in Sword/Shield to begin with, but it was possibly the single most common Pokemon on Surprise Trade (felt like more people traded these than the route 1 Pokemon), and it's fucking everywhere in SV. Gone are the days when you have to go out of your way to find the mini form of a 600 BST Dragon type. Now you can't avoid it.

Aee we talking about the same Dreepy? It was a 1-2% encounter chance only in specific weather. The DLC made the evolutions more common (I think it even had a forced Dragapult spawn), but Dreepy was only there and in a few raid battles.

Dreepy is hard to find in Sw/Sh, but super easy to find in S/V. So I never counted it against him how hard it was to find.

Dreepy being so rare ingame was half the reason it was so common in Surprise Trade (the other half being Dragapult's incredible competitive performance)

Version exclusives are pretty easy to get from Surprise Trades though!!

Definitely regret not finding a spot for Flapple in my top 10 with its apple brethren. I think I gave it 11 because I used everything else in my top 10 on a team but not Flapple yet
