I think I ranked Rillaboom too low accidentally because on the ranking website I briefly mistook Drakloak and Dragapult

so I chose drakloak over Rillaboom once and then poor Rillaboom got eternally trapped behind Drakloak

andylt (4) - I like birds, OK? I prefer the blue and the friendly demeanour of this middle evo to Corviknight's edgy badass look.
Bane_Of_Despair (8) - As far as second stage evolutions go, this is a really good one. Corviknight wouldn't even have to exist and this one could be believed as the final in a two stage line. I really like the color scheme, and it was a great choice the way the darker feathers frame the eyes/head to looke like a knight's helmet.
Paratroopa1 (27) - why is it pure flying type
Inviso (32) - It's weird how many of the early-route birds have good middle evos, and Corvisquire is pretty solid.
mnk (34) - It's a cool design, but also it's one of the worst Pokemon names. Doesn't roll off the tongue at all. That has no bearing on the ranking, but it has to be said.
PrinceOfKoopas (41) - If I actually played Sword/Shield, I might've gotten similar affection for it that I do for Staravia. But I haven't, so..

It's got a good design, and as Corviknight is super popular, it would've been on a bunch of people's teams.

Though I am still surprised it's this high too.

Bane_Of_Despair (24) - Yea this thing is pretty grim. Happy little Corsola died because of our dumbasses and now it turned into a ghost. And it's so sad!
Inviso (33) - The concept is fascinating, and the design is cool. But much like Runerigus, it really should've been Ghost/Rock.
Paratroopa1 (33) - the only pokemon that makes me feel existential sadness. yay!
andylt (41) - Great idea, OK execution.
PrinceOfKoopas (57) - I should probably like it more, but I guess I prefer its pre-evolution.

I'm surprised Inteleon is still around. Sobble is my favorite of the starters but I dislike its evolutions so much I chose Scorbunny instead

Game Freak will do anything to avoid having a Ghost/Rock type Pokemon.

I believe Cursola is our first case of a pokemon which nobody ranked in the 80s or 90s.

I slightly underrated Dreepy in particular, so I hope I'm not the cause of it barely missing the top 10 or something :<

I find nothing objectionably off with Rillaboom but I'm not really a fan either. The use of leaves in its design is really appealing to me. This is a Pokemon I could see myself ranking higher if I did a "grass monotype" run of SwSh or smth

Corvisquire is kind of awkward looking to me, which seems to be normal with middle evos at this point. I feel like I ought to have ranked it a little bit higher though because Corviknight is ranked extremely high for me! just another casuality of the big mess of "ok but not amazing" bottom half of my list ig

Cursola fucking rocks. Absolutely amazing idea. I do agree that it could have been half rock, maybe not that it HAD to have been but like why not? I guess it's more spirit than solid, but still!!
