Just tried it myself, and now I want to throw up. I thought I would feel great, but all it did was make me feel disgusting. I'm sluggish now and don't feel like moving around with all those thousands of calories in my stomach. Definitely not something you want to do every day.

Maybe something like a thin frozen pizza. The ones I get from a local place with all the toppings, no. 2 pieces and I'm done.

I dunno how large an extra large pizza is.

I have on occasion managed that with a Wild Mike's frozen pizza. But that is my absolute limit, and I will pay for it that day...

depends on where it's from. i'll definitely regret it for a couple days, though.

No chance, I'm pushing it to get through half of a 16 inch pizza.

I probably could, unless it's one of those giant ones like papa john's large pizza. but I would have terrible heartburn for like 3 days

I also had an habit of overeating sometimes (there is a nice "all you can eat ala card" japanase restaurant next to my place), but with years of experience I learned to resist this "well, just another last thing" or "well, now some desert" voice in my head, and I simply stop now.

The "just one last bit" is always the one bit (or piece) too much.

Yes, if I ate light meals a couple days in advance and wanted to hate pizza for a little while after.

Used to be able to, but I don't think I could pull that off these days unless it's one of those pitiful cardboard-with-sauce-and-cheese thin pizzas.

i wouldn't, i can eat half of a 16" pizza but that's it.

I think a medium is about as big of a pizza as I could conceivably eat in one sitting, and even then I doubt it.

I could, but wouldn't want to. Why turn what could be 2 or 3 meals into poop faster.

No i could only eat half before i get full.

large, probably wouldn't do it under normal circumstances, but i've definitely had entire mediums in a single sitting so it's probably possible

A large in one sitting? Depends how long the sitting is.

Maybe I could have a few years ago when I was active and working out. Now? Not even sure I could eat a large anymore.

I probably could, my taste buds would make me haha. But i would maybe throw up if it was a few hours before bedtime.

Why did you think eating an entire extra large pizza would make you feel great? You know that's meant to feed four-six people right?

4 pieces is probably my limit before I feel super sick. I don't think I'd come close to being able to finish it all.

I have. More than a couple times. But definitely not anymore. The heartburn would kill me.

If I really wanted to, or if I hadn't eaten much the past day. Really depends on the place though.

I have to spread a large pizza out over a 24 hour period, no way I could eat an extra large in one go.

As a younger man I could and I did so regularly.

Now, it might be possible but it certainly wouldnt be enjoyable.

I ate half a Chicago style pizza in one sitting so probably. I could have eaten more too but stopped myself.
