I try not to delight in stuff like this, and I'm not in this case, but maybe it's because I've never been married, since I think it should be okay for a divorce to happen if one party wants it.

He wants to go back to a time when wives were basically property of their husbands and could be beaten or raped whenever the husband wants.

Steven Crowder is burning a lot of bridges recently. This whole thing started when he basically went to war with The Daily Wire saying they offered him what was essentially a "slave contract". He was very anonymous about it and didn't say where the slave contract came from. The Daily Wire blind sided him by just outright saying that it was them just a day later. Then they proceeded to list everything that was on the "proposal" which included them offering him $50 million dollars with a 4 year contract (I fucking understand why there are so many right wing grifters now, they're making serious bank).

During the controversy, Candace Owens does say something pretty shady about Steven Crowder going through something hard and that was playing a role why Crowder was acting "irrational". Apparently Crowder took it as a thinly veil extortion and maybe seeking legal action against her. Candace is also seeking legal action and just hired a lawyer to issue a Ceist and Desist to Crowder regarding it.

I'm pretty deep in this in-fighitng because I find it absolutely amazing.

Thing is if you divorce just because you feel like it it's weird to still get alimony.

their thinking is actually completely backwards. Up until 1970 when California enacted a no-fault divorce law there actually had to be a grievance causing one person to want the marriage to end. two people coudn't just agree to get divorced because they didn't want to be married anymore before that.
