I also recall watching the credits, and the characters doing a bunch of stuff you never actually did in game and thinking that the game would have been better if you had. Idk it just seemed to lose all it's steam halfway for me. I didn't dislike the game but I do think it's highly overrated. Ff4 and 5 I liked better, especially 5.
