(There are however no real punishments for mistakes unless someone is being an ass) - Punishments for rule breaking, well it's a fluid situation, everything will be dealt with on a case by case basis. - Community Rule will be used. Eliminated: Bocchi the Rock https://myanimelist.net/anime/47917/Bocchi_the_Rock NGL, I always find it a tad disappointing when the top newcomer fails to make the top 10. Kinda reflects a little poorly on what's been a good year, but at the same time we've seen cases where shows will go on to rise in later editions as more people pick up the show. Bocchi is one of those shows you should pickup. When the hype for that season started, you had Chainsaw Man, Blue Lock, Bleach, S3 of Mob and Spy x Family Part 2, a reboot of Urusei Yatsura and Gundam.
