Oda made a really fun n' wacky world so most of the time its entertaining as hell watching the straw hats get into some stupid shit. Anime filler but still hilarious...the anime crew knows luffy's character:

Interesting world, interesting and most of the time goofy characters, and humor that most of the time hits just right. Makes for a great shonen.

The Demon Slayer anime is better than the manga.

I dunno about that. Season 1 maybe.

I generally prefer anime to manga because I just prefer seeing things in action versus a drawing in a page. I get angry when the animation is terrible though, or rather badly adapted from the manga.

TYBW's ending is definitely trash due to it being rushed, but the bulk of it was really good. I'm glad it's finally being adapted into the anime.

Every character dressed the same, the plot was some of the dumbest shonen tropey garbage, more filler than naruto, drops the interesting story beats to become more shonen, ugly, for a show with high stakes, it sure doesnt feel like it has any stakes, etc

And this is the author's own fault.
He was given time for a "final arc" but he fucking stretched it over 3 years when the usual was half to one year.
I wouldn't be surprised if the editors said: "end this now or I'll pull the plug myself and your manga will have the notoriety as one of the mangas that ends out of nowhere."

I didn't even know that was a scene from Bleach until now. I just thought of it as a funny meme.

That said, even when people know the origin a meme, that doesn't necessarily translate into sales or popularity.

The "Nope, Chuck Testa" meme had no noticeable effect on helping Chuck Testa's taxidermy business.

EDIT: Apparently, it did help Chuck Testa in the long run. Eventually his sales did go up.

I do think Tsukishima replacing Ichigo in his friends memories as the one who beat Aizen while Ichigo was some background character was pretty damn savage for Ichigo to experience.

I hated the filler that spontaneously showed up during the HM arc.

I think they may be counting a dozen or however many novels of content. Endless Eight was a short story.

You say that but how is the same not true for the other 2? They have the same number of 1000 something episodes. I even heard that Naruto had a sequel with his son and unlike dbz with Gohan, that one took.
