First instinct is to just let them both survive just to see what scum is forced to do during the next night.
Watcher claims are hard to keep faking and doctors not dying would be suspicious as hell.

But there's a lot of questions that remain. Most of which have already been said.

Also this does not necessarily connect the two since Plum could still be a scumrole that targeted Lea
The inverse of Isquen being the lone scum is very unlikely tho.

Corrik's role performs the function of a doctor but has a different title I would assume because Yoshimitsu as a doctor doesn't make sense

Isquen faking the scan on Lea was pointless for scum because it was too easy to get wrong. It's why I pressured it, in addition to making him reveal who targeted Lea because wtf wouldn't you claim that if you are going to claim the strongest scanning role in the game for literally no freaking reason.

Protection, if it counters the fake watcher claim, outs itself
Town scanner can target Lea if watcher, but that risk is already absorbed by a straight counterclaim to Isquen
They "clear" Lea by watching her.

It is a very high EV play to fake a watch on Lea.

When did you imply you scanned Lea? Also, does your scan say who you scanned? If it says "red is xxxxx" then they know who you scanned.

I grilled Lea all day and was arbitrarily saying a weird decimal percentage that she was scum.

Death picked up on it. I don't doubt a scum did as well.

They know I didn't scan Lea but they can't prove I didn't without an ironclad reason for town to know that I didn't since I wasn't revealing my scan. Insert watcher claim on Lea, which makes everything click into place.
