The truth of the matter is, that part of what social media is for is to state your opinion. I'm not gonna lie, I was tempted to mute her every time she came on screen. I should be able to say that on social media so the company sees how I feel. 3. Following that, we need to work out where it is acceptable to say these things and where it is not. Personally, I don't believe that a person's DMs or personal spaces are a place for professional criticism. I do, however, believe that professional spaces are a place where criticism is valid. 4. Criticism should be civil -- and they certianly shouldnt be an attack on someone as a person (unless warranted). I've had interviews with directors where I've told them I didn't like their work, but explained it in a way that makes it rational and not seem like I'm foaming at the mouth. 5. If you hire an average looking person and model the in-game character after them, people will simply think that you've hired a person who isn't particularly attractive. If you hire an attractive person and actively de-sexualize or de-beautify their in-game likeness, people will know that you're making a point to remove titilation as a factor.
