Teachers should not confiscate. This does not mean that teachers that do confiscate should be assaulted, nor does it mean that this asshole does not deserve to rot in jail.

Yeah, it's likely his parents used electronic devices to keep him entertained and consume his free time instead of spending more time trying to teach him how to better adapt to the norms and laws of society. It's a sad story all around, but especially for the victim.

I really highly doubt the Switch was involved. If this teenager been doing this since 2019 he likely has more issues than just some game system. Also I want to know how he snuck a handheld system INTO school because usually school is on point with finding these things since it is more than the size of an average cell phone and also far more annoying to those who don't 'play games'

Teachers shouldnt need to confiscate anything. When they do, its usually the kids or the parents who are to blame. The Switch shouldnt even have been in school.

Agreed. Get rid of the juvenile system then just sentence those little degenerates according to the crime they did, not consider what age they are. If they are 12 and commit an adult crime of murder then sentence them to what they would sentence an 18+ year old.
