I'm sticking with the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but I am interested in a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. I'm about to pay my car off in February or March, and I think I'll get that to reward myself.

Hopefully they talk about when that's coming out

This. It's frustrating how thanks to tech YouTubers, low/mid-range phones that work perfectly fine are considered shit-tier because they don't have 120Hz displays or can't play COD Mobile at 60FPS.

I have the s7 plus tablet and honestly I would never go for the Ultra seeing how big the plus is in my hands. And Im 6 feet, about 190 pounds, I'm not a tiny person by any means. The Ultra in terms of size is clearly meant to replicate the experience of using a computer without actually being one. If you've going to get a tablet then just get a tablet.

I prefer large tablets to small ones. I've had a 7" tablet and I remember wishing it was much larger.

Samsung peaked with the Active S8. Been disappointed ever since. I'd still use it if my carrier didn't drop support for it

My Note 20 Ultra has been flawless and I'm still wondering if I should even upgrade it.

They do, theyre just exclusive to the Samsung online store. Last year was red green and blue exclusives. But the mainstream colors have usually been white/silver, black and bronze/chrome brown.

Im assuming youre a joke account now. There is no 15. There s10 was released in 2019 followed by the s20 in 2020 to streamline the naming process. 11-19 were skipped entirely so the year number would line up with the model number.

I've had an S10+ for 2.5 years now, may upgrade to one of the 23s. It's gonna have to wow me for me to give up SD cards and headphone jacks, though.

I've been holding onto this 20. its battery life is in the gutter, the camera no longer can focus. I'm ready for an upgrade.

Every Galaxy preoder came with 200 bucks in credit for the last like 3 years. Use that credit to get a pair of wireless buds and move on from the headphone jack. As for SD cards, wtf is any casual user doing that 128 isn't enough on top of the free cloud storage they offer? And if it's 4k photo and footage, you would transfer it all to a computer or ssd anyway to work on it so that's also a non issue tbh.

The removal of the MicroSD was not compensated in any way. Storage did not go up for the same price, and Google removed free Photos uploads right after. Apps have only gotten larger and the system only takes up more and more.

Having to use a PC to micromanage storage when you could have just thrown in a 512 MicroSD in your phone is a horrible alternative.

Without SD card slots I'm probably not going to buy any new phones in a while

My post was to explain that 128 is not enough for even normal users as apps have gotten larger and larger and the system already takes up ~30 GB alone. Add that up with larger photos and videos that don't get uploaded for free anymore, and it's pretty clear to see that this affects even casual users. Something that could be remedied with a $30 card, but now requires a whole new phone.

Apple pro raw also eats up space. My phone is capable of it, i just simply dont use it.

I have a S21 Ultra. I could upgrade to this. But do I really want to or should I wait for the eventual Fold 5?

The hell have you done to that phone then? I have a Galaxy S10. My camera still works fine, and the battery still lasts all day.
