I am a minimalist when it comes to my burgers. I just want mustard ketchup and that is it. I want to taste the burger not a salad.

A bit of mayo is ok, like a very thin spread. When I order out, they put so much on that it's disgusting.

Mustard for me. It overpowers everything a bit too much. I'd rather add my own spicy sauces than mustard.

I come before you today with a heavy heart and a controversial confession. You see, I have a deep and undying love for mayonnaise. It's creamy, it's tangy, it's everything a condiment should be. But alas, there is one ingredient that stands in the way of my ultimate burger bliss: onions.
I know, I know. Some of you may think I am crazy. How can anyone hate onions on a burger? They add flavor, they add crunch, they are a necessary part of the burger equation. But for me, they are a deal breaker. The taste is just too overpowering, the texture too harsh. They ruin the delicate balance of flavors that I crave in my perfect burger.
I know that this revelation may cause some of you to question our friendship, to wonder how we could possibly coexist in a world where our burger preferences are so vastly different. But I beg of you, please don't let this one difference drive a wedge between us. I promise to still be the same fun-loving, burger-loving friend that you know and love. I just ask that you respect my preference for a mayo-only burger (or at least offer me some barbecue sauce as a substitute).
So let us set aside our differences and embrace our love for burgers in all their delicious, condiment-laden glory.

Most burger joints have the worst tomatoes and lettuce known to mankind. Dunno how people stomach those shits.

I'll take all of those toppings except mayo.

That's because their tomatoes are refrigerated. Refrigerating tomatoes should result in imprisonment.

I'd potentially have all those things except for onions and mustard. Not a big fan of mustard in most situations. Whwn I make a homemade burger it has to have 3 things always

Cheese
Mayo
Ketchup

I add other stuff if on hand.
