I can't be sure but I think I didn't realize what was going on til that evening I went to my parents for dinner and they had NBC or CBS or ABC on. One of those. And it was being talked about. I don't know if it was still live or just aftermath coverage. This would have been around 6 or 7 pm Alaskan time. Probably late into the evening in DC My parents are republican and my dad defends everything Trump does, so it was awkward visiting then. He kinda realized I think it looked bad.
