@synklare Gifted me My Friend Pedro! :O Thank you! Merry Christmas! Today I made food for the fam. A prime rib roast covered in butter and herbs with mashed taters. Food was just okay all around. It's pretty apparent I'm nothing more than an amateur home cook that only makes tasty food for myself. Roast ended up medium well. Mashed potatoes ended up slightly lumpy.
