Wow I should have asked this is the opening. Do you guys/gals do anything to stop it. As for Flour, sorry about that. My Ticker acts up sometimes to. I don't know if it is due to stress since I am stressed so much. I had to go to the Hospital once because my rhyme was off. And they shocked my heart back on beat.
