One can say that men fight to get attention, while women fight to avoid attention.

For example, if a hot guy grabs a woman's ass, she'll find herself flattered, but if an ugly guy does exactly the same thing, she'll say he's creepy. Point is that women try to control what kind of attention they get, because they have so much of it.

Ugly people are treated worse than rats.

I think it depends on some sort of mutant X factor gene more than looks. I'm fairly regular looking and I've said plenty of creepy shit to women. Thankfully, I met an old bald man who showed me how to channel my creepy into good deeds. So women still hang out with me. I am known by The Perverine, gross pervert of justice.

No. If you do something that's actually creepy or worse...you're creep. Now, it is true for some women that doing something benign or making a joke can go either way depending on your looks or appeal to them.

Grabbing a woman's ass is an awful example as it is sexual assault. Reality is sad however, as once that same guy's mugshot goes viral hundreds of thousands of women will not care about his crime and drool over him and indeed try to get with him as has been seen many times.

If you used an example like flirting, saying an "off color" joke or something like that, yes many times women will not react too harshly depending on your appeal to them.

"Only" is too extreme of a stance, but the Rule of Attractiveness does play to a point. Basically, the more attractive a person or thing is perceived the more people gloss over its faults while the inverse is true that the less attractive a person or thing is perceived the more its faults get magnified in eyes of people.
