Out of those picks, the only artist I enjoy hearing consistently is The Weeknd.

I've spent my entire life having Eminem played around me by drunk trailer trash adults, so on top of being overplayed and overstated, I associate him with alcoholism and white trash. Drake made a handful of good songs and instantly began putting out mid songs because he could get away with it. I had a friend who was a big Ed Sheeran fan, so on top of his mostly mid output getting overwhelming radio play, I had to put up with someone like actively going out of his way to play Ed Sheeran too.

Otherwise I'm kind of ehh on the whole list. The Weeknd is great, though.

Until spotify allows anonymous use, I ain't bothering with it.
My phone has several thousand songs on it already - I'm good.

A handful of them have songs I know I like, but I don't think I've ever played any on my Spotify. Maybe some Eminem on some older rap mixes.

Just Eminem and only a handful of his songs. I haven't heard anything by at least half of the people on that list. Some of them I haven't even heard of.

Eminem and Kanye a bunch. Decent amount of Post Malone. I think one song from Bieber, a few from Drake, and one from Juice Wrld. So 2 mainly, but 6 overall.

I've listened to most of those at least once, but the only ones I listen to consistently are Drake, Kanye, Eminem and Coldplay.

I'm not a big fan of Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd etc. but I would say they are tolerable radio music

i don't believe i have anything from any of these artists on my spotify. nothing against any of them, heard plenty of songs when wife controls the radio on drives. It just doesn't tickle my E spot, ya know?

I don't listen to popular music, so none.

We're mostly a bunch of late twenties to early thirty year olds, and so when a list of all the newest, mainstreaminest, poppiest garbage is released, none of us care, then people like him come in and go, "OMG, YoU DOn'T KnOW Teh NeW Ed SHEerEN soNG?!?!", as if that's supposed to be some kind of insult.

I mean, i'm late 30s, wife is mid. she likes a lot of this stuff, and that's cool. Her music listening is still generally bouncing between current top 40s and Alt Nation. Mine is basically telling spotify "Hey, why don't you just fuck me up today?" Plenty of stuff I listen to is from newer / emerging artists.

I enjoy a few Coldplay songs.

This. Could only say I've really listened to Kanye and Em but I don't like either one.

All of them except maybe Swift. It's not really something that even comes up tbh.

Oops, missed Eminem. I have one song by him on my playlists which tend to consist of older music. 60s,70s,80s and some 90's rock and pop. Some 90's alternative.

I mean, nothing wrong with liking popular stuff. I doubt Led Zeppelin and Rolling Stones can be considered obscure and I listen to them a lot...

I recognize maybe half of the names, but I can't name a single song by any of them.
But I hardly ever listen to anything newer than the 1980s anyhow.

I have like 3 Dua Lipa , 1 Ariana Grande, 1 Kanye and 1 Billie Eilish song in my playlist. I think that's pretty good for someone that never tunes in to an actual radio station

Dua Lipa is the only one I listen to regularly. Future Nostalgia is a killer album. I'll listen to post malone, Kanye, the Weeknd very rarely as well.
