That's a pretty broad question for me lol, but I'll give it a shot.

Metalcore: Chris Fronzak. Dude's a goober and Attila's lyrics are often cringe inducing, but his talent is undeniable. Best pit I've ever been in was Attila closing out Warped 2014. Damn did they get people moving.

Deathcore: Deathcore vocalists are so good now this might change next Tuesday, but right now the three that stick out to me are Will Ramos from Lorna Shore, Guillaume Villeneuve from Beyond Deviation, and whoever the absolute demon is who makes toilet noises for Become the Watcher.

Black Metal: Erik Danielsson from Watain. Love the old school sounding stuff that's actually recorded with good equipment instead of a greasy chicken nuggets box. Also was a big fan of Batushka with Bart Krysiuk on vocals, but the band split left a sour taste in my mouth.

Could go on to some other genre's, but I think that's enough of a text wall for now.

Sharon Den Adel from Within Temptation currently. I also like Nightwish's Marko Hietala. Though if I'm to stray from the topic temporarily, Steve Perry is probably my favorite singer of all time.
