They were banging on the glass after a Boston goal and knocked out a pane and the pane fell on the timekeeper in the penalty box and straight-up knocked him out.

as much as i'd love to blame the boston fans, this one seems like it's on maintenance.

I wanted so badly to shit on Boston fans for this because they're the worst fanbase in sports but this sounds like it wasn't really their fault

The pane of glass broke in half and fell on the timekeeper. Not much maintenance can do in that situation. Maybe if neanderthals quit banging on the fucking glass.

It has happened before, but it was to a then active player (Tie Domi) who saw it coming because the fan banging the glass was trying to fight him. Ended about as well as you'd expect for the fan.

Definitely the first time it's knocked someone out though, and age also probably plays a factor in that.

Boston is not a fan base I normally defend. I mean just horrible. However I seen a lot of people bang on the glass at hockey games. This isn't them doing anything horrible.

I do hope Carolina can finish them off however sooner then later.
