D: It should be the law in the USA for employers to be flexible with family

That way if an employees family needs him (to watch the kids, take them to school and pick them up, etc), that said person is able to do anything without work interfering Just let the people without kids pick up the slack at work. Its not like they have anything else going on past work anyway for the most part. Maternity and paternity leave should be standard and more generous but c'mon. No employees should be forced to unreasonably sacrifice their personal lives for work.
