I played through the first like 3 or 4 missions back in 2015 but didn't keep playing so I started over.

I'm on the first mission where you have Blink and I've avoided killing people so far. Only people I've even alerted is the ones harassing Granny Nags because they're literally at the door

This game can be played at the much higher difficulty settings. If you feel like you're breezing through the game, don't be afraid to put it on the higher setting.

However you want, but I will say the non lethal alternatives for the targets are all very satisfying.

If you're only gonna play it once, killing everything that moves is much more fun. Ideally though you do one playthrough where you're loud and lethal and another one where you're undetected and non-lethal.

Why does the window for the button to choke somebody out have to be smaller than a flies dick

I don't usually enjoy western shit and I ESPECIALLY don't enjoy FPS, but Dishonored was pretty chill.

I like to play non lethal first becomes it forces me to get familiar with the area in more detail. Which makes it more engaging for me.

Then I usually go full mass murder on the next playthrough.

Spoilers for high-chaos playthrough:

Samuel will betray you when he takes you to the final mission location. He'll attempt to fire off a flare alerting your enemies of your arrival. When he did it to me, I put a crossbow bolt through his face before he could get the shot off.

Also for the targets I would say decide what you want to do them with them on a case-by-case basis. Some of the alternate means of dealing with them are much more sadistic and cruel than just killing them.

If you feel like it's too difficult to go non-lethal you can still kill a fair few people and get the low chaos ending. Pretty sure I killed quite a few people in the last couple of missions and got it fine.

Play through that then play the dlc, knife of dunwall/brigmoore witches are top tier.

And honestly for first play through, kill or dont kill whoever you want. The game isnt all that long and when you know the engine and mechanics of it you can run through a no kill or chaos play real quick.

If you leave a body somewhere and they end up dead, that still counts. So if they fall off a cliff or get eaten by a rat swarm, you're still responsible.

Having your tongue cut out and forced to work in your own mines is permanent
