Guess they dont want me to sign up for a membership if they care so much about my ad settings that I can't find local stores on their site.

They had 5 billion in revenue last year. Its reportedly a great company to work for that treats their employees well. If you cant figure out how to navigate over to google and your response is to be hostile, no, they probably dont want you as a member.

How is it Costco's fault that their website does not work with your ad blocking? Why is it difficult to use Google instead? That seems like it is your personal choices that are affecting your ability to locate the nearest Costco.

1) You're describing Wal-Mart there more than you are Costco.

2) "local small town shops " are a myth. I don't think I've seen one for 20 years. Certainly not one that sells the same things Costco (or Sam's Club, or BJs, or Wal-Mart) does.
