He said he was "so excited" to be in America after escaping from the north of Afghanistan and spending months in Pakistan He said "I'm totally free. I am so excited..it was a long trip as a start from the north of Afghanistan, right to the border of Pakistan" then added he felt betrayed by the US and Biden for leaving him and his family behind when they withdrew in August He and his wife and 5 kids have been trying for years to escape the country and now they have settled in Phoenix, Arizona He said the Taliban were quickly taking over and it was scary for them knowing he helped the US during the war. He said he worked for america for 13 long years and it was egregious for him. When Biden, John Kerry and Chuck Hagel made an emergency landing, he jumped in a Humvee along with a force of the 82nd Airborn Division and drove into the mountains to save him.
