Yesterday I even found someone playing classic heroes and I mean pure classic. Their turn was set Burstinatrix face down and mystical space typhoon, pass. They also made me go first. That duel left me confused for a while... Harpies do have Harpie Feather Storm hand trap that can negate hand traps like Maxx C or Ash. While the master packs are more randomized than specialized secret packs, them being 750 gems instead of 1000 AND you get guaranteed amazing URs (Ash, Lightning Storm, and Solemn Judgment) is an amazing deal. After that, go through the Duel Strategy solo mode. Do the first three (starting deck is fine), then take the upper branching path for the 4 practices. Then collect missions and this should give you about 4000-5000+ gems to start with. And enough currancy to buy most of the more essential handtraps. You can obtain Ash Blossom for from one of the bundal packs in the shop also. So grab that asap. And as for the packs, I'd recommend asking others and doing your research very carefully on what archetype you want to play. If you're a newer player. It's "blind" because you don't know what your opponent is playing (which is always the case in master duel so that is kinda redundant I guess). I stopped playing for a few days hoping the Eldritch decks would rank up so I would stop playing against them. You either go the Rank 8 way, or the ritual way. And 3 Trade-In is a must. A lot of the bricking is because you can get stuck with a lot of level 8s in hand with no way to get them out so using trade-ins to cycle em out for other resources is handy. Cards of Consonance isn't really all that needed because at the very least you can set/summon those level ones, which might not be optimal, but at least it can get you somewhere.
