I sometimes sleep naked and sometimes sleep clothed depending on weather. More often wear clothes in the UK since it's fucking freezing.

But who the fuck leaves piss, blood and shit stains on their sheets?

Are you leaving piss and shit stains on your pajamas if you wear clothes?

The only time I sleep naked is when I am to lazy or tired to put on underwear after sex. In the morning either she will change the sheets or I will as we both like a clean bed.

It helps to have 2 extra sets so we do not have to rush on washing the dirty set.

Like others said you rarely get all the urine out when taking a piss. That plus other secretions etc throughout the day is why underwear is even a thing.

If you sleep naked you are definitely soiling your sheets a bit even if its just a small amount. If you get up to pee then get back in bed quite a bit probably ends up on bed.

In public bathrooms I see guys use the urinal then just walk away as soon as theyre done, no shake or anything. If you do that and get in bed naked you will likely end up with a small pee puddle in your sheets, lol.

Always shower after poos, always "wring" the pee out when I'm done, and clean my sheets regularly. Any kind of particles or secretions that come out anyway are too minuscule to worry about. I thought I was a bad germaphobe, but this is something else.
