It's a three way tie for me. Stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gbc.

Those canned green beans are possibly one of the most disgusting and hated things I've ever had the displeasure of trying. They taste like farts. I've never met somebody who liked them.

Mashed potatoes are a must, but personally I'm partial to the cranberry sauce.
Probably going to get shit for this but I'm fond of this kind even though it's low-tier:

Everybody loves that though. I have a can I bought last year since I wanted to eat it after the holidays but never did. I'll probably buy another one soon.

It's almost like that's the entire point of canning things!

But canned jellied cranberry sauce does tend to break down over time. The jelly part kind of shrinks, and turns into a watery juice that it just kind of swims in. The fresher it is the better.

Home-made cranberry sauce is quite amazing. You make it once and you'll NEVER go back to canned goo.

And it's STUPID easy to make.

Combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then add 12 oz cranberries. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and cool completely, then refrigerate.

You can also add orange juice (reduce the sugar) or use brown sugar instead of sugar. I made a batch once with Mountain Dew. Caffeinated cranberry sauce!

Last few times I made turkey I put the bird over a bed of potatoes, carrots, onions, and tomatoes. The juices from the bird drip onto the veggies and they roast up super tender and totally delicious. I eat almost as much of the veggies as I do the turkey.

Depends. I don't like cranberry with orange because the orange always overpowers the cranberry. I wish I could find just cranberry muffins again.

Stuffing (not cornbread). Drown it in gravy and I could pretty much eat a whole plate of just that.

Yup, fresh home made rolls dipped in gravy is divine. I used to primarily make little sandwiches with Turkey, stuffing, cranberry jelly, and dip in gravy.

Also canned cranberry jelly for life. Reall cran is fine, but my heart belongs to canned shaped cran.
