I already defined what "talking" is and it's not simply talking, getting to know each other on a surface level. In order to progress I believe the conversation of being exclusive needs to be had and it action needs to be taken. I'm a grown ass adult so 3 weeks is more than enough for me of talking and flirting, and certainly already felt long as fuck. We know each other through mutual friends so it's no Tinder hookup or anything casual.

I think it's okay to want exclusivity with the person you're dating but you have to communicate that better, and I think 3 weeks is too early to bring it up.
